Do I need to carry an Identity Proof?
Yes. All Foreign Nationals must carry their original passport, and all Indians (children included) need to carry a valid government-approved Photo Identity card (Voter ID Card / Aadhaar card / Driving license). Without these documents, entry will not be allowed.
Are unmarried couples allowed?
We do not allow unmarried couples or local ID proofs.
Credit card facility?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
Are pets allowed?
We do not allow pets.
Do you have Wi-Fi in rooms?
We provide Free Wi-Fi in the room. Guests can access Wi-Fi in the Reception and Lobby also.
What are the timings of Check-in and Check-out?
Our hotel check-in time is 2 pm & check-out time is 12 noon.
Is early check-in or late check-in chargeable or not?
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and is chargeable.
Can we arrange private parties in the room?
The hotel does not allow arrangements of private parties or events in any room.
Do you arrange for airport/railway pick up and drop off?
No. We do not arrange or provide any transfers.
What are the charges for children?
A child up to 5 years can stay free of charge with parents without an extra bed.
Children between 5 and 12 years of age will be charged an extra of Rs 1000, inclusive of GST.
Children above 12 years of age will be treated as young adults, and the prevailing reservation charges will be applicable and levied.
Do you have a car park?
We do have a car parking facility at the owner's risk, if space is available.
Is smoking allowed in the room?
We do not have smoking rooms. Guests can smoke outside the hotel premises.

Do you have the facility of non-vegetarian food?
Yes, our restaurant serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. We serve Italian, Pan Asian, Japanese & Peruvian cuisines. A full house bar and a cake shop are available in the hotel.
